Boasting uninterrupted views of Stradbroke Island to Rainbow Bay, SUR Kirra Beach offers an exclusive collection of magnificent full floor sky homes. The development – located at the northern point of Kirra Beach surf reserve – enjoys over 30 meters of north facing beach frontage. Importantly, the building's facade was tested to the Gold Coast's stringent requirements, comprising 600pa for water penetration resistance, 3515pa positive wind load and 5005pa negative wind load.
