Working alongside Infinity Constructions, Plus Architecture and Scape Australia, we’re pleased to have delivered Scape Victoria Street, located in Melbourne’s bustling university precinct.

The $87 million high-rise development spans 26-storeys and offers 533 beds, communal spaces, retail shopfronts, a rooftop terrace, pool and more.

The facade pays homage to the Melbourne city historical aesthetic with an interpretative face brick facade up to level 4. The tower boasts a fenestrated curtain wall, creating a landmark feel to the development.
