Arc by Crown, Sydney

A mixed use development comprising two levels of retail and commercial space and 23 levels of residential, serviced apartments. The three separate podiums feature a masonry facade and provides cross ventilation through the building. 

The podiums are linked at level nine by the tower, which features vertical fins throughout the curtain wall and curve over the roof.
