Project Summary: Construction of a mixed use development comprising two levels of retail and commercial space and 23 levels of residential or serviced apartments. The three separate podiums feature a masonry facade and provides cross ventilation through the building. The podiums are linked at Level 9 by the tower which features vertical fins throughout the curtain wall and curve over the roof. The building contains a central glass lift that connects Level 1 up to the rooftop terraces on Level 28.
